Welcome to The Dees, our confine, cozy and comforting studio, located in the heart city of Cyberjaya.

This is a fully furnished and air-conditioned duplex studio with one super queen bed in the mezzanine floor.

This place is actually our so called getaway-from-routine home. We don’t mind share this tiny little bit of our comfort with you. Please take care of it as it is your home too 😊.
The space
The entire space is yours.

Toiletries like toothpaste soap and shampoo, hair dryers, 2 bath towels to use within the premise are provided one time only throughout the stay. There is hot high pressure rain shower available.

In the main hall there is living room with sofa and TV, dining area and the kitchen is designed with dry kitchen and an open space concept. There is no kitchen hood and air ventilation in the area so u might want to open the window when you are cooking. Electric stove is provided.

Upstairs there is open concept mezzanine floor bedroom. There is a super-queen bedroom with side table and lamp. Floor mattress provided in the store area under the stairs should you need them for your extra person.
Guest access
1. Drive or walk towards Unit tower. There is parking space in front of the tower and as well lot of parking space in Basement 1.

2. 1 TV available with HyppTV services.

3. Refrigerator and microwave oven available.

4. There is also an electric stove and rice cooker available. Cutleries, plates, cups glasses and pan available.

5. There is a coffee machine provided and 2 pods will be provided as complimentary drinks.

6. Water tap is purified and filtered however guests are still encourage to cook the water first. Kettle is available.

7. There are also 3 in 1 drinks and IF there is any light snack inside the cabinet or fridge, you can enjoy them with no extra cost. It’s on the house.

8. Clean bed linens and towels are provided. Soap, shampoo and small toothpaste provided.

9. Hair dryer in the room dressing table.

10. There is iron and board available together with hangers.
Other things to note
1. Please make sure the house is always locked when you leave.

2. Facilities are to be use with care as damages will be at your cost.

3. If we are not able to greet you, please check with the guard at the lobby to acquire your access card. In certain case if there is no access card provided, guest may proceed to lift and guard will help you to unit floor.

4. TV. Use Unifi remote control to navigate between channels. There are 12 free national channels available. There is also media player available.

5. For longer stay guest should you want to take out your garbage there is a refuse room at the end of corridor on your right.
