The space
The space is very clean and well maintained. There are a few plants in the unit to bring life to the space. The bedroom is equipped with an aircon, and the living area is equipped with a fan. Generally 1 aircon can keep the entire unit very cool/or cold.( depending on how you want it.) During early evening the place will be quiet sunny and warm since there is direct sun light is going into the unit.
Other things to note
Sometimes the cellphone coverage is not very strong in the unit, but the wifi coverage should make up for that.

-Please note there will only be 1 conditioner provided, not 2. 🙂 to maximize coolness in the unit turn on the bedroom Aircon, close the balcony door, and leave the living room glass barrier open.

All guests must verify their ID through Airbnb.
Guests with either bad reviews, no positive reviews, or no reviews at all will have to pay a deposit of 200rm. ( refundable after check-out)

– The kitchen is a self cleaning kitchen. Please clean everything you use really well after use.

– Guests are expected to throw all trash when leaving the unit.

– Leave nothing in the unit but good memories.
