Strictly for adults ONLY. No children allowed in the unit as there are fragile valuable decorative items in the unit which are easily broken.

• No additional deposit required.
• Strictly no smoking in the unit. (A fine of RM 100 will be imposed if found smoking smell in the unit.)
• Please do not move/remove any of the furnitures.
• Loud noise is prohibited, please be considerate to fellow neighbors.
• A penalty will be imposed if guests lost access card/device and keys.
• Please make sure the ventilation is on every time you use the induction cooker.
• Keep the unit clean at all times.
• Any illegal drugs and illegal activities are prohibited, report will be lodged to police if spotted.
• No strong smell foods allowed in the room please. (e.g: Durians, tempoyak, budu, etc)
• Only halal food is allowed in the unit and halal ingredient to be use when cooking inside the unit.
• Poolside & Other Facilities are located on Level 7. Proper attire is required for facilities usage in the property.
• Do your part to conserve energy by switching off lights and air-conditioning when not in use. Save the environment!
