Welcome or selamat datang. Say hello to our first Private Pool Villa by MalayaHome. If you are looking for the ultimate friends or family gathering place, you are in the right place. This is where luxury and comfort came together perfectly.
The space
What you need for an EXTRA stay ;

A beautiful 3-storey superlink villa with a private pool by the rooftop. Double volume living area, nicely decorated by our ID which speaks luxury from the doorstep.

Sleeping arrangement

1. GF Room – 1 Queen bed
2. 1st Floor Room – 2 Queen bed
3. 1st Floor Room – 2 Queen bed
4. 1st Floor Living area – Sofa bed
4. 2nd Floor Room – 3 Queen bed

We can hos a maximum of 20 people at once only, including kids. Additional floor mattress are available upon request. Kindly specify the exact number people staying overnight.

> Our kitchen are fully equipped with all cooking utensils, pots pans, rice cooker, toaster, microwave & kettle. Salt, pepper, sugar, coffee and tea are also available ! Guest are welcome to use them. Just make sure to keep them clean afterward and return to its original place.

> Water dispenser are available. You can skip buying bottled water 🙂

> Our dining area can seat 14 people comfortably at once.

>8.5kg Washer & detergent (Talking about extra )

> We have set up a home cinema on 1st floor, with a smart projector (built in Netflix and Youtube) for your movie night

> We dedicated 2nd Floor as our ENTERTAINMENT FLOOR. This is where the pool is, our foosball table for that game night, dart board, and our star of the show, the PS4 ! Sit back and enjoy the time with your family. (We also have MANY other board games available !) You name it, we got it.

> Do note that all our rooms are equipped with at least 10 inches high quality mattress, all linen and towels 100% cotton from IKEA.

> 500mbps Wifi, throughout the property, by CelcomDigi.

> Watson’s body shower, shampoo and handwash
Guest access
Strict Quiet Hour from 10pm-7am. No shouting, no loud noise. Please respect the neighbor.

Only 6 cars can fit at one time. 4 can park inside the gate and another 2 infront of the house. Please provide carplate number upon booking. Unregistered car will be denied entry.

There’s a kids playground and a small park to jog in the compound.

This is a self checkin property via Lockbox. You will be able to view the checkin instruction in the apps, 48 hours prior to arrival.
Other things to note
House Rules

1. Strictly no pets and unauthorized event. Penalty RM2000 and will be evicted immediately without refund.
2. No shoes beyond entrance.
3. No illegal activities.
4. Strictly NO SMOKING indoor. Penalty RM1000 if found any trace in the unit.
5. Please wash all dishes and kitchen equipment upon leaving. Thrash will need to be dispose in the thrash house at the car porch.
6. Extra cleaning fee will be impose if the villa was left excessively messy with food or event related items.
7. Extra cleaning fee will be impose for linens with significant stain & dirt (Especially makeup).
8. Guest are responsible for repair or replacement of any damaged incurred in the property.
9. Late checkout is available at RM100/hour ( Please enquire with us for availability)
