-A charge of 200 ringgit will be imposed for lost access cards and keys

1. Smoking is allowed only in the lobby and sky lounge.

2. Only simple cooking is allowed. Cooking utensils are provided as is.

3. Please pay attention to cleanliness. Do not use unwashed dishes and cutlery in the kitchen to prevent pests. Please throw garbage in the garbage room next to the elevator.

4. Please turn off all lights and air conditioners when you are not in the apartment to reduce electricity consumption. Let’s protect our mother earth together for the next generation.

5. Please keep the noise down after 11pm. Please always remember that this is not a hotel and the neighbors are family residents who need a quiet environment when sleeping.
