Other things to note
This is a self-check in apartment homestay with a 3-tier security. Check in procedures will be provided to you on your check in date.

A copy of the Identity is required for registration purpose. If anything happen to the building, we know who is staying in.

1. Strictly no smoking inside the house. Smoking allowed at the Lobby and sky lounge only.

2. Only light cooking is allowed. Cooking utensils are provided as is basis.

3. Please be mindful of cleanliness. No unwashed dishes and utensils in the kitchen to prevent pests. Please throw the waste to the refuse room located at next to lift.

4. Please turn off all lights and air-conditioning when not in the unit to reduce electricity consumption. Together we protect our mother earth for our next generation.

5. Turn the voice volume low after 10pm. Always remember this is not hotel, neighbors are family residents who need a quiet environment during sleeping time.
