Once the booking is confirmed, details will be provided to the guest for Self Check-In.

1. Check in registration instructions (Please transfer RM150 security deposit refundable on check out)

2. A 3 Digit PIN Code (which you must have received after registration confirmation), to unlock letterbox for 1 Gatekey, 1 Parking and 1 Lift access card collection.

3. A 7 Digit Smart Lock PIN Code + ‘#’ (which you must have received after registration confirmation) for entering the house.

Other things to note
1. For security purposes, access card is required for apartment block entry, use of lift, and gym. Please remember to have the access card with you at all times.

2. For waste disposal, there is a door on the left hand side of the apartment as you leave the apartment before the lift. Please discard all waste at that area.

3. Self check-in is available

4. Host will ensure the place is clean. All bed linens, cushion covers and towels will be changed with fresh ones

5. Housekeeping is only done once before guest check in

6. Car access for vehicle will need to go through Ground Floor Parking Entrance.

( Season Parking card, Lift Access card and a door key will be put in the locker postbox )

7. Please go thru the house rules before confirm your stay. This is to ensure your expectation.

8. For any arrival in the car park and lift lobby SHOULD NOT consider in the check in process

9. A Guide to the lobby is a courtesy from the host as parking is given. This should not include in the check in rating

Check out : Drop key, parking card and lift card at the same mailbox and lock it. Mix the lock key code to 000 and send me a confirmation picture.

RM150 deposit refund after receiving checkout confirmation photo (keys back into locker box) and room check, or before end of the day.

*Please check everything before leaving. There will be a surcharge for stains/property damaged if found cleaning after your stay to ensure the unit is ready for next guest to use.

Late check out : RM20 will be charged for every half hour if late return the unit key, starting from 12.30pm onwards. After 3pm deposit will be forfeited.
