My house is located at 40 floor with beautiful day view and night view of cyberjaya and putrajaya. Have luck can see a beautiful sunrise in the morning, it will make u have a good mood in all day .my house is nearby Starbucks, McDonald, Grocery, Dpulz shopping mall with cinema, nice restaurant, colleges all are nearby around 10min drive distance, 24 hours mini market ( Quick Grab ) is only 5min walk distance. super fast Grab car transport here, taxi and bus station is only 2min walk distance.
The space
1.) My house is service apartment with good ventilation because located in height level of the building, beautiful day view and night view , have luck can see the beautiful sunrise in the morning,
2.) master bedroom with 1 set of queen bed , wardrobe ,study table, iron, iron board , aircond and full height fix glass panel with window then u can enjoy the beautiful view when sleep in the bedroom.
3.) master bathroom with bath tub, rain shower, hand shower, water heater, towel , body shampoo and hair shampoo.
4.) kitchen with counter top, fridge, hood, stove, cooking oil, sugar, salt and etc.
5.) living with sofa set and tv.
6.) balcony with little garden and outdoor table and chair set.
7.) small bedroom with doodle art feature wall, study table , wardrobe, aircond and 1 set queen bed.
8.) bathroom 2 with rain shower and water heater.
9.) WI-FI
