Welcome to our urban retreat, perfectly situated in the bustling city center where convenience and comfort converge. Located in the vibrant downtown area, our apartment offers easy access to all the city’s attractions, dining establishments, and entertainment venues.

Our Airbnb boasts three bedrooms and two bathrooms, providing ample space for 6 to 8 guests. Each bedroom features a cozy double bed, ensuring a restful night’s sleep for all.

About the building.
Our unit allocated 2 car park lot for our staying guest. Please follow our parking instruction, if any fined cause by unfollow instruction, please settle by your own. Park with your own risk.
Not allowed additional visitor car coming into our stay.

You can enjoy the facilities in the building according their operating hour, 8am – 10pm. Please follow the house rules.

About the unit.
With 3 spacious room and total up 3 Queen Bed, can fitted up to 6pax guest. Our Airbnb furnishing with 5 star standard, ensure all of our guest can get a comfortable and relax stay along your vacation or business trip.

The Landlord and the Property Management WILL NOT be responsible for any death, injuries, loss or damage on personal belongings of the guest in the premise.

Any illegal activities will be reported to the authorities and appropriate actions will be taken on the offenders.(Drugs Activities, Illegal Parties, Gambling, Burglaries & etc)

Any Damage and Loss of item will be CHARGED accordingly with online selling price
Check out Time: Before 11am (late checkout charges RM50 per hour)

Strictly Prohibited Activities (Penalties To Be Applied RM300 AND ABOVE) :
a) Smoking /Vape(Strictly Not Allowed inside the premise )
b) Pets and Heavy odour food (Durians) Strictly not allowed inside the premise
c)Any party in the unit.
d) Loss of Keys
e) Maximum number of guests for thee specific premise are strictly stated in the booking list prior booking.
Exceeded number of guests will be penalised (RM50/person)

Please do not bring:
1)Gunpowder, oils or other explosives or inflammable ;
2)Objects emitting a foul odor;
3)Unregistered firearms or swords;
4)Objects of an unusually large size or in unusually large quantities; and
5)Illegal drugs or other articles, the possession of which is prohibited by the laws of Malaysia.
Gambling or other acts that are contrary to good morals or that cause an annoyance are strictly prohibited.
